After graduating summa cum laude from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and a minor in Economics, I completed the university’s Honors Program and am currently pursuing a master’s degree while working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Professional experience includes a PwC internship, preparing individual income tax returns as an independent contractor, volunteering through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and earning the Intuit Academy Tax Level 1 and 2 Certifications.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have helped fellow college students and peers better understand financial accounting, managerial accounting, intermediate accounting, taxation, and Microsoft Excel. My approach focuses on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than memorizing procedures.
