With over 10 years of tutoring experience in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and competitive exam prep, I help middle and high school students build confidence in math, improve their grades, and develop the problem-solving skills needed for school, standardized tests, and advanced STEM learning. My goal is not just to help students complete homework problems, but to help them truly understand the concepts behind the solutions.
Many students struggle with math because they lose confidence or feel that concepts are being presented too abstractly. I focus on breaking difficult topics into manageable steps, connecting ideas to real-world examples, showing students how mathematics connects to programming, technology, and real-world problem solving and creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.
