When you’re learning a new language, there is nothing more beautiful than feeling the natural flow of a conversation. It is my goal to teach you to express yourself with personality and clarity.
For most of our session, we’ll be having a conversation. As you make mistakes, I’ll correct you and we’ll pause to review grammar or explore vocabulary. I believe the best way to get better at speaking is by speaking! As I get to know my students, I make lessons that will serve them and their specific goals.
Students have described me as attentive, funny, smart, and patient. I love to meet new people and I love to learn what they are passionate about. I earned my ESL certification from TEFL Argentina. Though this course is not internationally recognized, it is a 160 hour course taught by an amazing teacher. Afterwards, I spent a year teaching business English to professionals in Buenos Aires. I am also a college graduate. I hold by BA from Colby College with a Psychology Major and an Education Minor.
