I have been teaching for 4 years within general education settings as well as substantially separate settings. I have spent most of my time working with 3rd through 5th graders, however have some experience working with Pre-K through 2nd within a school setting as well as outside of school.
Being a special educator I am able to meet the needs of a diverse population of students providing differentiation and accommodations to allow the students to understand the content.
I am able to design lessons in English language arts that are engaging as well as differentiated for the needs of the student.
Even the most challenging students have found my lessons engaging and helpful to their needs as a learner.
