Rob reviewed how to use sum, division, multiplication, subtraction, and averages on large data sets in Excel. He also taught me how to use VLOOKUP. I like Rob's style of teaching. He was concise and patient with his explanations. He also explained the details very clearly and made them understandable. I very much appreciate Rob's approach to preparing for a tutoring session. Before working with my son, he took the time to call me and learn about what topics he needed tutoring on, my son's general background, learning style, etc, and inquiry exactly what should be covered during the hour session. With my daughter's session he asked for samples of her homework to be sent along beforehand so he could better use their time together. Afterwards, he was very quick to provide his feedback and assessment as well as letting me know when his next window of availability was for another session. All this expedience and thoroughness was extremely appreciated by my family.

My son had a previous excellent tutor for Algebra Honors through Wyzant but due to scheduling conflicts we had to reach out to Rob at times,suitable to us. Rob was very accommodating and met my son within 2 days. He worked with him patiently for the midterm examination and even emailed answers that he did not have time during his lesson. My son was very comfortable with Rob and was more confident with his midterm exam.
