Well prepared and patience
I have a son with a learning disability. Liliana was able to break the ice quickly and get my son engaged with learning math after the first meeting. Liliana assigned homework and also followed up with what was covered in the first meeting as well as what the action plan is going forward.

Today’s 1st Session
Liliana taught me some helpful hints in excel. I know how to do some stuff but from our session she already taught me some shortcuts. I want to learn what all the icons mean and do so I can prepare spreadsheets etc. much quicker than what I’m capable of doing now. We started a PowerPoint slide and she showed how to start it in a few things I can do on PowerPoint. I just really want to Be able to do whatever a job requires of me, and do it with confidence. I really think I can learn a lot from her.
