As a yoga instructor, I aim to provide students of all levels with a rewarding experience. I am versatile with my teaching style and am willing to adapt to the abilities of each student, providing motivation and detailed instruction when necessary. I am able to teach both relaxing and energetic classes, which can empower students to feel confident in their bodies and in their practice. I am passionate about the wellness benefits that yoga of any style offer and I am eager to support students in their health and wellness goals through thoughtful class sequences and intentional, encouraging cues.
