I am a native Russian speaker with a Master of Science Degree in Education and Philology, and am fluent in English.
I taught classes in Russian Language and Literature for fifteen years in Russia. Now, I have ten years' experience of teaching Russian in US to groups and individuals of various backgrounds. (Berlitz language Center, Cartus Intercultural and creative solutions, and private). My lessons are always tailored for student's needs. I also created age-oriented programs for children.

Engaged and Committed
Even from the first lesson Galina has shown an extremely strong interest in developing a personalized plan for learning. I am a difficult student in that my strengths and weaknesses are sort of unpredictable, so special attention has to be paid to specific areas, while other areas don't need as much focus. Galina has been extremely receptive and responsive, and even gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of the work she does outside of our lessons. I couldn't be happier, and I am very excited to continue learning with her!

Excellent experience
