I’m a UPenn graduate (GPA 3.93) and current 4th-year MD student. Over the past 3 years, I’ve guided ~100 premed students through the AMCAS, TMDSAS, and AACOMAS application processes, helping them gain acceptance to medical schools across the US, including top-tier programs.

I’ve helped applicants with MCAT<510, non-traditional backgrounds, and international/out-of-state status gain acceptance to top-choice schools—including in-state programs. While these outcomes are statistically rare, they are possible when an application is thoughtfully targeted to a specific school.

My services:
1. Personal Statement: I help you craft a compelling, narrative-driven PS that authentically reflects your journey to medicine. I also offer brainstorming sessions for students unsure where to start.
2. Work/Activities Section: I offer structural and line-by-line edits to make your writing more clear and compelling while highlighting your personal strengths
3. School List: Develop a targeted school list that maximizes your chances of receiving interviews.
4. Secondaries: Through my network of current medical students nationwide, I have insider insight into secondaries and help students tailor essays to specific schools.
5. Timeline: Avoid one of the most common pitfalls—applying too late or inefficiently during the cycle (and by the way, “late” may not be what you think)
6. Interview Preparation: Mock interviews (MMI & traditional), with actionable feedback to improve performance and confidence.
7. Post-Interview: Guidance and edits on letters of intent/interest.
8. Re-Applicant Advising: For re-applicants, I help identify weaknesses in prior applications and help you rebuild a stronger, more competitive version of AMCAS.

My process:
- 24-hour turnaround for primary essays
- Quick responses over chat
- Most students need 2–5 hours to develop a strong primary app

I also help medical students with ERAS residency applications, including:
- Residency PS
- ERAS activities
- Program signaling
- Interview prep

Knowledgeable and Supportive Tutor

Sonia was a knowledgeable and supportive tutor. She took the time to understand my goals and offered targeted guidance to help me get the most out of my prep for COMLEX Level 2. We focused on working through practice questions together to hit my weak spots. She would help me understand why the wrong answers were wrong and help fill the knowledge gaps I was facing. Sonia helped me build both my skills and my confidence, and I saw real progress in my practice test scores. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend her for COMLEX or USMLE preparation.
