I graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health — with Distinction — and a 3.83 GPA, before earning my place at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Along the way, I contributed to seven peer-reviewed publications through research collaborations at Harvard, Columbia, and Boston Children's Hospital. Before medicine, I competed professionally in tennis, ranked inside the top 150 players in the world, with Grand Slam appearances across four continents. That background isn't incidental—it's truly foundational to how I approach preparation, performance, and working with students.
What I offer isn't generic advice. I work with students serious about competitive college admissions, pre-med programs, and medical school applications, and I bring something no algorithm can replicate: firsthand experience navigating these systems at the highest level. I know what Yale actually looks for and why. I know what pre-med students consistently get wrong and how to correct it early. I've been through the medical school admissions process at a top-ten institution and understand what strong candidates genuinely look like. My approach is strategic and direct — I focus on how students think, how they position themselves, and how they perform when it counts.
I work one-on-one with high school students planning toward elite college admissions, undergraduates building competitive pre-med profiles, and students preparing medical school applications and early coursework. Sessions are conversational and high-signal—I ask the right questions, find the gaps, and give honest, specific guidance grounded in my real experience!

College Counseling

I graduated from Yale with distinction and am currently a medical student, giving me direct, recent insight into what selective undergraduate and pre-health programs actually look for. As an applicant I navigated the full process myself—personal statements, activity lists, interviews, and research positioning—and earned admission to top programs. I have seven peer-reviewed publications and research experience across Harvard, Yale, and Columbia labs, so I can guide students on building and presenting a genuinely competitive academic profile. I work with students to sharpen their essays, structure their applications strategically, and present their strengths with clarity and confidence.
Personal Statements

Personal Statements

As a Yale graduate and current medical student, I've written and edited high-stakes essays at every level I now coach—undergraduate, transfer, and pre-health applications. My focus is the craft of the essay itself: finding the one specific story that anchors it, cutting the generic openings admissions readers see thousands of times, and revising line by line so the voice stays the student's own. Having gone through a competitive transfer myself, I'm especially good at helping students reframe a non-linear path into a strength rather than something to explain away.
