I hold a Master’s degree in Education from The University of Massachusetts Amherst, and am a licensed ESL teacher with over 10 years of experience working in public schools, online education, and private tutoring settings. I have taught students from kindergarten through adult education, giving me a strong understanding of how to adapt instruction across different age groups, learning styles, and proficiency levels.

My teaching experience includes both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring. I have worked extensively with ESL learners, helping students develop skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with a focus on real-world communication and confidence-building. I use structured lesson planning, scaffolding, and differentiated instruction to ensure that each student can access and understand the material.

In addition to ESL, I teach Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL), focusing on practical, conversational skills and interactive learning strategies. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, whether they are beginners or looking to strengthen existing language skills.

I also provide GED and HiSET preparation, supporting students with targeted practice, content review, and effective test-taking strategies. I help students break down challenging material into manageable steps so they can build confidence and improve performance.
