I am currently an undergraduate student at UMass Dartmouth, pursuing a degree in Political Science with the goal of attending UMass Law and ultimately becoming an international lawyer. My academic background is strongly rooted in the social sciences, as I succeeded in three AP-level social studies courses in high school and continue to build my expertise in history, politics, government, and international relations. These classes sharpened my analytical skills, strengthened my writing, and allowed me to explore subjects I am deeply passionate about.

Although I do not have formal tutoring experience yet, I bring a fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills that help me connect with others my age and younger. In high school, I was often the person classmates turned to for study help, whether it was breaking down complex historical events, explaining political theory, or reviewing key ideas for exams. I enjoy connecting pieces into the "big picture", by connecting historical events to our modern news headlines, and making learning more engaging with interactive discussions and encouragement that builds confidence.

As a student myself, I understand the challenges of balancing coursework, motivation, and study habits, and I bring patience, relatability, and adaptability into every learning interaction. My passion for history and politics is matched by my desire to help others succeed academically. I believe tutoring is not just about improving grades, but also about sparking curiosity and giving students the tools to think critically and independently. With my background in social studies, political science, and history, I am confident in my ability to guide students through challenging material and inspire them to enjoy the learning process!
