Hi. I'm Wilfred. I'm a practicing architect with an MArch from Harvard and a BArch from RISD. I have taken part in many portfolio reviews and tutorials for students applying to college, grad school, as well as the professional world. With 5+ years of professional experience, I am very familiar with all the latest perks in the field and what schools and hiring managers look for in individuals. I am critical with the work and love to get to know my students and really be a mentor for them. I believe in a more fluid, individualized way of teaching that brings out the best in your work and thinking.

I am a native Chinese speaker who started my business in Shanghai. I have the language skills to perform in a professional / business context with many Chinese clients.

I have been working in the professional field dealing with clients and consultants of many different industries, as well as starting my own business. I understand very well the challenges of the business world and how best to prepare for them in order to successfully achieve career goals.

I specialize in helping students and emerging professionals prepare their portfolios for college applications and work. It's a tedious process and I've been through it myself many times. I've been fortunate enough to go to great schools and am currently the hiring team at my firm reviewing a bunch of portfolios. I love to share the insights I've developed through the years with budding creatives.
