I have a Master's in Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College as well as a Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (one of the top colleges in that field). I've worked for the last six years as a reference librarian, before that with the Harvard Business Press, and before that as a manager of the Harvard Coop Bookstore.
