Hi! My name is Larry and I am an attorney licensed in Massachusetts and California, and 3 Federal Bars, including the US Supreme Court. I love tutoring law students to help them achieve the same success I have, and develop their best qualities. I have a very unique approach to tutoring and I form strong bonds with my students so that they feel supported. Tutoring is more than just passing along information, it is joining the student and growing with the student.

My unique tutoring approaches are that I teach new students HOW to study. How to allot their time. How to write outlines and how to take class notes. What to focus on and what to ignore. Further, I teach my students in plain English. I explain the law and related concepts in simple, real life verbiage and terms. And my style is very interactive. I lead students through concepts in a conversational manner such that the student ends up teaching him/herself. That makes learning fun, and the students are far more likely to retain what they have learned. My style is very relaxed and positive. I choose my words very carefully in order to not shame or embarrass students. And if I am proud of a student for any reason, I let them know. This motivates my students even further, and some of them have become my mentees. You will truly enjoy working with me, but you will also work very hard. I will do the work with you, and I will always try my best, but I cannot do the work for you. Try one lesson with me. See how it goes and evaluate me, my teaching style, and my knowledge. For those of you getting close to graduation, I can walk you through your entire Bar prep. ALL of my students have passed their Bar exams on the first try! And I have two extras. First, all questions you send me via email I answer for free. Second, whatever rate you start with me is the rate I'll charge until you get your Bar card.
