I’d finally made it into the nursing program at my college but I kept making the same dosage calculation errors. I knew I needed to fix those because I needed to be safe for my patients. I struggled with patho, but I needed to teach my patients about their disease states. I kept confusing drug classes, but I needed to internalize the “rights” of medication administration.
During my nursing student career, I personalized a few learning systems to help me graduate as part of my college’s nursing honor society. Let me tutor you in them.
I work full time as an NP but truly enjoy tutoring nursing students. I have a handful of student slots available per week. The ideal students will be highly motivated and proactive, looking for tutoring sessions one or twice weekly, maybe more during test prep weeks.
