I am an experienced tutor that promises to make learning as fun as engaging as possible! I have a Masters Degree in Education from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from Tufts University. I am an expert tutor in high school level math, English, social sciences, and sciences, as well as in SAT, ACT, SSAT, ESL and AP exam prep,in . I can also assist with college-level writing, admissions essays, and applications.

I have over fifteen years of experience preparing students for exams and helping them improve school performance. I have worked for several of the larger test prep companies, but find that the most important thing when preparing students for standardized tests is an individualized, one-on-one approach that these larger companies can't offer. My approach is to help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and use this information to maximize their potential points on the actual exam. I offer practice exams, math skills work, reading strategies and essay writing practice. Beyond that, I love working with high school students and I promise to make studying for the SAT or ACT the best experience it can be!
