I have countless hours logged helping young people become more confident versions of themselves. I promise you I can help you with this.
2) My Teaching Superpower Is Diagnosing and Fixing Misconceptions - Having been a teacher for just shy of twenty years I have heard every possible wrong answer and have heard every possible explanation of how students get there. I am very good at finding out what is missing in your thinking and helping you take your ideas to the next level. I focus heavily on conceptual understanding before drowning you in unnecessary vocabulary. This allows you as a student to stop memorizing and begin thinking and explaining.
3) I Eat, Breath, and Sleep Growth Mindset - I truly believe the thing that what holds most students back is their mindset. A fixed mindset says that you are either good at science or not. That is rubbish. I believe to the core that with enough effective and consistent effort you can master anything. Set attainable goals and make progress (not perfection) your standard of success, and every lesson will be a win!
