Incredibly knowledgable and patient tutor!
I reached out to Thomas hoping he could help my son kickstart a research paper due for 8th grade Science class. Thomas went above and beyond - he spent two hours helping my son format his paper, and refine his ideas and research. We had a parent-teacher conference the week after it was turned in and our son's teacher mentioned how clear the paper was - focusing on the science exactly as it should have. We couldn't have been more pleased - our son is doing well in the class, but writing papers is not his forte so to have someone help him learn to get those ideas down was such a relief. Excellent Tutor!!
My son is very picky and I tried working with many tutors, but had to quit as my son did not get warmed up or didn’t like the method of coaching. But with Thomas, he is doing really well. Thomas is knowledgeable and has patience. He asks my son to do the work and he guides him pretty well. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Kind and helpful tutor
Thomas helped me with my college physics lab, not only did he help me properly make a graph but he also explained why it looks that way. Additionally he helped me fix a calculation I didn't even realize was wrong and taught me how to properly calculate it. He was able to look at just my lab manual and apply the formulas into my calculations. He was very kind, helpful, and did well explaining concepts as well as the “why” behind them.

Helpful and Explained Well
I missed a few classes and needed help catching up in Honors Physics. Many recommended tutors were unavailable, so I looked through the list and picked Tom based on his background, description, and reviews. I am really glad I did. Tom was informative and helpful. He explained the concepts and was very knowledgeable. I was caught up and had questions explained with examples in under an hour. I would definitely recommend him. Great tutor and very responsive. Thomas has been working with my daughter in Math and Chemistry. Her grade has gone up 5 points in Chemistry since she started working with Thomas. She started working with him on Math more recently, and we are seeing progress there as well. She finds his explanations very clear and understandable, and he is incredibly patient as a tutor.

Amazing tutor!
Tom is kind, patient, cheerful, and really knows his stuff! He is also very efficient. After one hour reviewing a topic, my daughter got an A on her test the next day. He is great at summarizing a topic, coming up with clear examples, and answering questions that the school AP Chem curriculum did not address.
