I have taught high school math in Massachusetts for the past twenty years, covering the following courses: PreAlgebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, AP Precalculus, and AP Calculus AB. I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in mathematics and am a licensed teacher. Working with students across this full range has given me a strong understanding of how mathematical ideas connect, how students typically get stuck, and how to present concepts using multiple representations. Whether a student needs help with foundational algebra skills or support in higherlevel problem solving, I bring the experience of two decades in the classroom to make the material clearer and more approachable.

When we work together, I focus on helping you analyze a question, visualize the problem, set up equations, and move stepbystep toward a solution. Some students come with specific questions; others just bring a topic, and I create problems for us to work through together. My style is straightforward, patient, and supportive—I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in your progress.
