I have many years of business experience which is really life's experience and can demonstrate to a young person the practical application and importance of an education.

Studying, questioning and putting in the time and effort to expand one's mind are the some of the tools for success. Students need to be challenged and motivated as well as encouraged to bring the individual's own initiative to bear to foster learning.

My strategy is to help students learn not by doing if for them, rather, by helping them to do things for themselves.
