Outside of my graduate and collegiate experience, I tutor elementary to middle school-aged children virtually with the Ignite Fellowship from Teach for America and privately in-person local to the Cambridge and Boston neighborhoods. I focus on phonics drills, reading comprehension, and the five-paragraph structure.

I believe in a relationship-based approach that encourages multiple sessions to build trust and comfort with students. If you need a quick-fix tutor, I am not the tutor for you. I take my time with students to assess their strengths and tailor my lesson planning for lasting impactful growth.

I successfully studied different acting techniques across many time periods. This included four major performances and one solo performance involved in a college festival. Throughout my life, I have been schooled under multiple South Florida acting institutions including University Center for the Performing Arts and Bluedog School of Acting.

During my MFA degree, I analyzed filmographies and television branding across genres and periods. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Franklin & Marshall College, earning a bachelor's degree in film and theatre. I produced four award-winning short films and various theatrical performances. In addition to graduating with departmental honors, my undergraduate thesis film gained recognition at film festivals like Brighton Rock and Film Pride.

To graduate from both institutions, I had to present my thesis projects, term papers, and lead course topics in large classroom settings to describe my methodologies and conclusions. Before my collegiate experience, I was an active National Speech and Debate participant in duo and dramatic interpretation, who reached outstanding distinction in my senior year of high school.

Gentle, warm, and prepared!

I really appreciated the way she prepared and led the class. Her positive energy, kindness, and warm smile definitely helped make my daughter feel more at ease. I especially liked the dynamic structure of the lesson. Since her background is in theatre, I can see how naturally she brings energy and creativity to the lesson.
