I'm a current Graduate Student at Wentworth Institute of Technology, pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Computer Science. I also got my Bachelor's degree from Wentworth with a minor in applied math. At Wentworth I've worked for over a year as an embedded tutor for Calculus I, Calculus II, and Discrete Math. This position involved me sitting in on a class in what was essentially a TA position as well as conducting Review Sessions and helping students out of class in more of a traditional tutoring role. I worked this position both for in-person and online classes. Additionally I've worked as an independent 1-on-1 tutor, from middle school students up to and including for a PhD student's Research Methods statistics course.

My specialties lie in Math and Computer Science. My graduate program in Computer Science has a focus on Machine Learning and the math behind it, and my Bachelor's degree was done with the aforementioned minor in Applied Math. I'm well versed in college level mathematics, being extremely familiar with subjects such as Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, and Set Theory; as well as Computer Science topics such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Neural Networks, and Operating Systems and languages such as Python, Java, C, C#, MATLAB, and others.

Computer Science

Computer Science

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. I am currently a graduate student at Wentworth Institute of Technology pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Computer Science. I also have job experience as a DevOps engineer, where my team built and maintained the computer architecture for a financial company.
Discrete Math

Discrete Math

Discrete math is a topic I had to be very familiar with in my Computer Science degree, especially because the degree was taken with a Minor in Applied Math. Additionally, I have tutored Discrete math at Wentworth Institute of Technology. I tutored the subject there as well as sat in on classes to assist students in a position similar to a TA.
Linux

Linux

I've studied and used Linux extensively. I've had to use Linux both in education, pursuing my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, but also in industry as a DevOps Administrator. The majority of my work in DevOps was the setup and maintenance of Linux based systems.
MATLAB

MATLAB

In my studies for both Computer Science and math fields related to CS, I have used matlab extensively. Many of my classes have required matlab to be used, and others had matlab as an option. I used matlab to do work in many of the classes when it was only an option because I enjoy the language and IDE.
