Hi, I am Marc. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with minors in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering (and two courses short of a minor in Eastern Philosophy). Hi, I am Marc. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with minors in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering (and two courses short of a minor in Eastern Philosophy). During these years, I also spent three of them tutoring colleagues in Chemistry and Mathematics, and I found that I enjoy helping others in having them find their solution for their advancement.

I then went to Northeastern University, where I earned my doctoral degree in Physical-Organic Chemistry, studying how quickly molecules can change from one shape to another. Here, I also spent a couple of years tutoring undergraduate students in Chemistry and Mathematics: people of all types can find challenges in learning new materials, and asking for help is not a weakness but a strength which will serve you well in the future.

If you are seeking help with Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Physical Science, and/or Chemistry, get in touch with me: we can work on multiple subjects during one session, or we can focus on a single topic (which I recommend). I conduct my sessions online (easier) or in-person (at a location of your choosing), seven days a week, and I will respond usually within 1 - 3 hours.

Let's work together for your future successes!

Approved Subjects

Algebra 1

Algebra 1

Ph.D. in Physical-Organic Chemistry (Northeastern University). Passed Massachusetts teacher qualification exam in mathematics.
Algebra 2

Algebra 2

I am qualified to tutor Algebra 2 (and Geometry).
Chemistry

Chemistry

Ph.D. Physical-Organic Chemistry, Northeastern University, 2001. B.Sc. Chemistry, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 1991. Passed Massachusetts teacher qualification tests in Science and Math.
Geometry

Geometry

Provided the minimal of information, one can determine anything within a defined shape with the appropriate tools: the rules and terminology used in geometry. To work in geometry, one must look at a problem with practicality: how can any measurement bemade simpler where known rules can be applied? I will help anyone work in this manner to solve any geometric determination.
Physical Science

Physical Science

PhD, Physical-Organic Chemistry. Patents, Publications
Precalculus

Precalculus

Mathematics is the language of Science, with its own grammar and syntax. If one knows the language, all problems can be resolved to a final result. My work in tutoring mathematics is similar to teaching any language: teach the rules in ways the student learns, and from there, the student can find the solutions to any problem.
