Bio

I am on a mission to EMPOWER individuals with the tools they need to become the confident communicator they've always dreamed of being.

After completing my bachelor's and master's degrees at Northeastern University, I went on to become a Nationally Accredited and State Certified Speech-and-Language Pathologist. I spent the first few years of my time as a student and new clinician servicing adults and children who struggled with communication as a result of brain injuries, delayed language...

I spent the first few years of my time as a student and new clinician servicing adults and children who struggled with communication as a result of brain injuries, delayed language development and/or speech-sound disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, and social skill disorders.

Since 2017 I have been passionate about applying my skill-set to coaching, international students and corporate professionals who feel stuck or behind their peers, colleagues, and friends.

Since 2015 I have worked with high school, college level and working professionals in areas of Executive Functioning including organization, time management, prioritization, planning, problem solving, communication styles and more. I've coached undergraduate students in their preparations for graduate studies by providing 1:1 guidance and mentorship, planning and editing statements of purpose, career goals, and essays. In addition to my work as a Speech Therapist and mentor to students, I've also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University with International Engineering students taking a graduate level Intro to Co-ops course.

I am a first generation American with a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I have an extensive background in teaching the English language both on a personal and professional level. I took the GRE three times in order to achieve the score I was hoping for to impress graduate schools during the application process. I know all of the nuances of the exam and can offer the tools and strategies that helped me most - beyond using exam prep books. My field of Speech-Language Pathology also gives me insight on the Executive Functioning Skills required to prepare, organize and plan for test taking and all other aspects of academic work.

I am a Nationally Accredited and State Certified Speech Therapist with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Speech-and-Language Pathology. Since 2015, I've been providing individual and group services to adults and children who struggle with communication as a a result of delayed or disordered language development and/or speech-sound production, impaired cognitive function, stuttering, voice disorders, and social skill disorders. As a first-generation American, I am passionate about applying my background and skill-set to coaching students, working professionals, and ESL learners who are struggling to take their American English to the next level, whether it be in the classroom, workplace, or in his or her daily lives.
