My tutoring experience began during my senior year of high school, where I worked one-on-one with a freshman student who needed support in foundational subjects. That experience taught me how to adapt my communication style to meet a younger learner where they are and build their confidence over time. My approach to tutoring centers around three core strategies: breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, asking questions that encourage the student to think critically rather than just memorize, and working through practice problems together so that understanding is reinforced through doing.
