Over the past decade, I have regularly taught, mentored, and guided colleagues in both technical and professional settings. In leadership positions at organizations including Highlight Technologies and Audley Consulting Group, I managed teams ranging from four to seven members and was responsible for onboarding, coaching, and helping team members develop technical skills.
