Hi, I'm Daniela!
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Providence College. Additionally, I graduated in May 2021 with a Master's degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University. Throughout both my undergraduate and graduate careers I had the opportunity to explore a variety of subjects - from Theology to English, Public Speaking to Supply Chain Management, Calculus to Finance. I am passionate about learning and love to support others in their learning. I strive to meet students where they are, teach them at their own pace, and really ensure they understand what they're learning while having fun along the way!

For the past five years, I have worked with elementary-aged children in a variety of capacities - as a camp counselor, a literacy tutor, an afterschool aide, and as an ESL, math, and reading specialist. I have experience working with ESL students, students on IEPs, and students seeking extra support. More specifically, I have experience tutoring in English Language Arts, Reading, Math, Spanish, and History.

I took Spanish formally for seven years and continue to practice oral and written communication daily. Outside of the classroom, I have traveled to Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Mexico where I had the opportunity to further exercise my speaking and communication skills.

Throughout both my undergraduate and graduate careers, I have spent considerable time researching, drafting, writing, and editing papers. While in undergrad, I took multiple English courses, a public speaking course, multiple interdisciplinary classes focused on English, Art History, History, and Philosophy, and compiled extensive marketing reports. As a graduate student, I wrote a master's thesis on the relationship between urban environments and climate change and how we can implement sustainable solutions that both benefit society (financially, socially, environmentally) and reduce climate impacts. More generally, I have experience writing research papers, annotated bibli
