Hi! I’m Analise, a current undergraduate student at Brown University with a deep passion for science and math. I’ve always been drawn to how these subjects explain the world around us, and I love helping others find clarity and confidence in them too. I’ve had one year of in-person tutoring experience, working with both high school and middle school students in various math subjects and biology. During that time, I developed a style that is both structured and supportive—I make sure to break down complex concepts in a clear, step-by-step way, while also encouraging students to ask questions freely. I recently decided to expand my work into online tutoring so I can reach and support even more students.
Academically, I scored a 5 on the AP Calculus AB, AP Biology, and AP Chemistry exams, and earned an 800 on the SAT Math section. These experiences give me a strong foundation not just in the content, but in test prep strategies as well. More importantly, I know what it feels like to struggle through a tricky concept, and how helpful it is to have someone walk through it with you. I aim to create that same experience for my students—either reviewing for a test, tackling homework, or exploring a new topic. I offer tutoring and homework help in Pre-algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trig, Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, SAT Math, and Biology. I always tailor sessions to each student’s learning style and pace, and I welcome any input from students or parents to make our sessions as effective as possible.
