I am a retired computer professional who has worked for many Fortune 500 companies and as a data manager at the University of MA. I have taught and tutored computer classes over many years. I have a masters degree in computer science and am Microsoft certified.

I am patient, knowledgeable and speak in plain English. I explain things in a simple and straightforward manner. I recognize that it is important that the student not only observes but actually does for themselves the things they set out to learn.
