Hi! I’m Gina — a passionate and dedicated tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Biology. I also have two years of tutoring experience and am in the process of becoming a fully licensed teacher. My love for teaching began during my undergraduate studies, where I discovered how rewarding it is to help students grow in both knowledge and confidence. Over the years, I’ve worked with students from elementary through high school in math, English, science, and social studies. Each student learns differently, and my favorite part of tutoring is finding creative, personalized ways to make learning engaging, approachable, and fun.

In my sessions, I focus on breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps that help students build a strong foundation and deeper understanding. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals, whether that means strengthening fundamental skills, preparing for exams, or building confidence in challenging subjects. I also emphasize strategies for independent learning so students can carry their success far beyond our sessions.
