I love teaching and could not imagine myself doing anything else! I love finding new ways to explain material to help all students understand

I love math, and I use my passion for math to help others understand math. I can come up with examples of most types of problems on the spot to create more practice on a topic a student is struggling with. Through my teaching and tutoring I have learned many ways to explain a problem and can find the best way to explain a concept to a student.
Computer Science used to be a hobby but through happenstance I ended up starting to teach Computer Science and I love it! Computer Science can be tricky to master as it does involve a lot trial and error and being left to explore, which can be scary. I am happy to help guide you in understanding and be there to help you through your explorations

I look forward to working with you!

Reviews

Great tutor and incredibly helpful.

Kelly was a wonderful teacher for my daughter as she was most confused by the heavier topics weighed on the AP csp exam. Before, she wasn’t able to understand why the correct answer would be that way and now she strives with confidence answering multiple choice questions. Also, giving strategies on the exam especially for selecting multiple choices.

Knowledgable and Patient

Kelly is helping my son review for the Comp. Sci AP exam. He took the class last year, but decided to take the AP exam this year so he needs a lot of review. My son said she has been helpful and explains things he does not remember. He enjoys working with her.
