Bio

My name is Jason and I’m just the Psychology tutor you are looking for! I graduated cum laude from Hartwick College with a Bachelor’s degree in History, and a minor in Religious studies. I gravitated towards any professors and courses that made class engaging and enjoyable. When I got my Masters in Education from Lesley University, I decided to emulate those professors who would always go the extra mile to support me when I needed the extra help.

My name is Jason and I’m just the Psychology tutor you are looking for! I graduated cum laude from Hartwick College with a Bachelor’s degree in History, and a minor in Religious studies. I gravitated towards any professors and courses that made class engaging and enjoyable. When I got my Masters in Education from Lesley University, I decided to emulate those professors who would always go the extra mile to support me when I needed the extra help.

I have taught AP psychology for over five years! My students have gone on to be incredibly successful on the exam largely because of the connections we make between the material and themselves. Psychology is all about YOU! While good grades and high test scores are a result, my goal is always to help students better understand themselves and the world around them. I do everything I can to make the learning experience engaging and fun. I’ll always start lessons in a creative way that allows us a basis to unpack all the material that will follow.

After I moved into administration, I continued to tutor students after school at my school for years. I absolutely love this subject and I’m excited to share my knowledge and understanding with as many people as possible.

Effective Tutor for AP Psychology

Jason is so effective to point out the weakness of my daughter, and directed her to answer the MCQs effectively within 2 months prior to AP Psycho exam. Finally, she jumped from the standard of a score "4" to "5" in the recent AP Psycho exam. We appreciate his effort in doing this tough task, really thanks Jason!! In addition, Jason is working within the Asian time zone, esp. good for Asian students.
