I completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma at the French International School of Hong Kong , where I studied Higher Level Psychology, English, and Economics, and Standard Level Environmental Systems & Societies, Mathematics, and French. After graduating, I continued my academic journey at Syracuse University, where I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Chinese. Since 2023, I have consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List for three semesters with a 4.0 GPA.

In terms of teaching and tutoring experience, I have worked as an English tutor for children ranging from ages two to five and seven to ten. With younger learners, I relied on interactive, play-based approaches such as songs, storytelling, and role-play to build foundational language skills in an engaging way. For older children, I focused on reading comprehension, vocabulary development, and conversational practice, ensuring that lessons were both educational and enjoyable.

Currently, I also work with students who have special needs, supporting them both inside and outside the classroom. My role includes accompanying them to class, assisting with homework, and reinforcing lessons to promote academic growth. I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.

Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to adapt my teaching methods to the unique needs and developmental stages of my students, whether in one-on-one sessions, small group settings, or individualized support contexts. My background reflects a commitment to fostering curiosity, inclusivity, and a positive learning experience for all learners.
