Hi, I'm Lizzie! I am a student at Boston College Law School. I graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor's in Economics; I also received certificates in Cognitive Science and The History & Practice of Diplomacy. I graduated high school summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. I received a 35 on the ACT, and a 1520 on the SAT.

I’ve been tutoring for over 7 years. I began my career as a private tutor. I worked for a tutoring agency during college, and I currently tutor undergraduate student-athletes at Boston College. I also continued my private practice on a small scale.

I teach a wide range of subjects, such as ACT/SAT prep, math (everything up to and including linear algebra), English, physics, chemistry, Spanish, college application editing, economics, statistics, and econometrics. In other words, I teach virtually anything and everything! I've taught students from five years old to college age.

My teaching style is very organized and clear. I am also very open-minded and creative, so I am excellent at tailoring lessons to fit the specific way you process information. Nothing makes me happier than when I'm working with a student, and I finally word something in a way that "clicks" for them!

My educational experience has been extremely rigorous, so I completely empathize with how difficult it can be to grasp material. I also understand how difficult it can be to self-motivate to put in the work needed to learn. As a result, I’m an extremely passionate and motivating tutor!

The best teachers I’ve ever had were those who were sympathetic, truly loved what they were teaching, and genuinely wanted to see their students succeed. I can promise that you will find all of those things in me as your tutor!
I am extremely easy to reach and generally respond within an hour or so. I offer free consultations, and I am very receptive to any resources or suggestions parents can provide. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule either a consultation or les
