Yoko taught Japanese Language Courses and Japanese Brush Writing Courses at University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2009 - 2012. During the time, she was a part of Japan Foundation's "Japan Outreach Initiative" and served the community as a "Cultural Ambassador" introducing Japanese language and culture.
She also worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. She worked in Boston from 2013 - 2015, making a bridge between Japan and New England 6 States.

Yoko-sensei is a great teacher. She is very patient. She has excellent teaching skills in Japanese. She speaks English fluently. This is the most fun I've had speaking Japanese. I definitely recommend her.
