Writing has long been a passion of mine, so as a STEM major, it means a lot to continue engaging with writing in this way. I really appreciate the collaborative relationships that we as tutors get to build. It's fulfilling to know I'm using my skill set to help students not just produce a better paper but to become more confident writers.
In my time tutoring on campus, I worked with students in many disciplines, including but not limited to class assignments, research papers, resumes and cover letters, and admissions/scholarship essays. Feel free to bring any piece to me! I work to have a 70/30 dynamic during sessions, ensuring the student is in charge of their piece and their goals, while I guide the hour.
