Bio

Many learners struggle with math and science – but it’s not their fault! As a tutor, my goal is to help you gain the foundational knowledge and conceptual understanding needed to solve problems at every level. Students raised their grades by at least a full letter after just one term!

Many learners struggle with math and science – but it’s not their fault! As a tutor, my goal is to help you gain the foundational knowledge and conceptual understanding needed to solve problems at every level. Students raised their grades by at least a full letter after just one term!

I'm currently a professional data scientist, where I apply the math and computer science skills I've learned in school on a daily basis. I also have experience working with the industrial engineering department at Disneyland in California. I graduated with my master's degree in engineering from Northeastern University in Boston with a 4.0 GPA. I hold a double bachelor's in engineering and piano performance. I've had extensive leadership experience from being the president of an engineering organization to being a student leader for a seven-time world championship winning percussion team.

I've run the numbers and my students and their parents overwhelmingly support my methods. 71% of my students stay for one term or more, and they're able to raise their grades by a full letter! 50% continue for additional terms. My previous students have raised their scores up to and beyond the 90th percentile of SAT test takers. I also have a 100% pass rate for AP exams my students take.
