Hello, I’m Ayham — a finance professional with an MBA in Finance from RIT and a Master’s in International Relations from Harvard University. I bring a strong academic foundation, 20+ years of real-market experience, and more than 10 years and 800+ tutoring hours on Wyzant, helping students excel in Finance, Accounting, and Economics.

I specialize in making complex topics clear and intuitive. My teaching blends academic rigor with real-world application from two decades of trading equities, options, futures, and forex (no crypto). Students learn not only the concepts but the professional reasoning behind valuation, risk, and financial decision-making.

My multidisciplinary background in finance, economics, and geopolitics has enabled exceptional market performance. I generated 100%+ returns during the March 2020 COVID crisis and achieved 220%+ returns in 2022 by concentrating in undervalued oil and energy companies. I also consistently outperform the S&P 500. In addition to market work, I have provided consulting and valuation support on real estate acquisitions and development deals, applying rigorous financial and economic analysis.

Fantastic Finance Tutor! Highly recommended

I worked with Ayham for a week to prepare for an MBA finance final exam. When we started working together, I was completely lost and was drowning in an entire semester's worth of equations and financial concepts (everything from time value of money, discounted cash flows, capital budgeting, bond and stock valuations etc...). Working over the course of seven days, meeting once a day for two hours, Ayham was able to teach me more about finance than my professor did in two and a half months and successfully helped me understand the material and pass my exam.
