Hi, I'm Thomas! I'm a second-year MBA student at MIT Sloan, and I graduated with a major in mathematics from Middlebury College. Hi, I'm Thomas! I'm a second-year MBA student at MIT Sloan, and I graduated with a major in mathematics from Middlebury College. I've built my career around quantitative work, both in management consulting at Bain & Company and in economic consulting at Analysis Group. I’ve also taught quantitative subjects at a number of levels, all with the same step-by-step approach that I used to study and score a 715 (99th percentile) on the GMAT Focus Edition and a perfect 800 on the SAT math section.
I'm currently a teaching assistant for Applied Economics for Managers at MIT Sloan, helping students get comfortable with the quantitative concepts behind microeconomics. At Middlebury, I was a physics TA, I taught a physics course to high school students at the St. Paul's School Advanced Studies Program, and I even spent a summer as a tennis professional, working with children and adults both one-on-one and in groups. At Analysis Group, I led coding trainings and held office hours for dozens new hires. Over nearly a decade, I've worked with high school students, undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals in classrooms, small groups, and one-on-one.
As a student, I have tons of schedule flexibility, so send me a message and let’s find a time to chat!
