I’m Asun, a recent St. Paul’s School graduate and incoming UC San Diego Cognitive Science student. I tutor middle and high school students in biology, chemistry, physics, math through Calculus BC, Spanish, economics, psychology/neuroscience, philosophy, writing, and SAT Reading/Writing, while also helping students build stronger study habits and academic confidence.

I’m Asun, a recent St. Paul’s School graduate and incoming UC San Diego Cognitive Science student. I tutor middle and high school students in biology, chemistry, physics, math through Calculus BC, Spanish, economics, psychology/neuroscience, philosophy, writing, and SAT Reading/Writing, while also helping students build stronger study habits and academic confidence.
After graduating, I realized how valuable it would have been to have an older student helping me navigate high school more efficiently: how to study, prepare for demanding classes, manage pressure, and still enjoy the process. My sessions are focused on helping students understand the material in front of them intuitively, but also on giving them better systems for learning independently.
I can help with homework, test prep, course pre-study/review, summer preparation, writing feedback, and study strategy. I adapt each session to the student’s goals, whether they need to catch up, get ahead, or expand their interests, or just be more in control at school.
