My official LSAT score is currently 171, and since my last official administration I have scored as high as 177 on practice tests. I studied for the exam through both a formal LSAT course and one-on-one tutoring, which gave me exposure different teaching methods for the exam and helped me think carefully about how the test is best learned. One of the biggest things I noticed in my own preparation was how unstandardized the LSAT as a test can feel. I was often given useful advice on how to answer specific questions, but not always a clear system for approaching new questions consistently, especially when each one seemed to present a completely new set of facts and problems.
To solve that problem in my own studying, I built an in-depth flashcard and reinforcement system that made my preparation much more systematic and effective. That system helped me turn abstract questions into chances to recognize recurring patterns, apply strategies more deliberately, and build real consistency over time. It became one of the most valuable parts of my progress. This flashcard system is something I would provide to all students. At the same time, my approach to tutoring goes beyond memorization and standardization alone. I want to work directly with you to understand where you are getting stuck, help you break down the reasoning behind each question, and build an approach that is individualized.
In addition to my LSAT background, I also have tutoring experience in Arabic, which I minored in at Boston University. That experience set the groundwork for my ability to work one on one, adapt to different learning styles, and explain complex material clearly and patiently. As a tutor, I aim to help you build not only higher scores, but also confidence and also independence in how you learn.
