My educational background is a B.S. in biochemistry from Northeastern University, where I held TA roles and worked in a number of labs conducted oncology and CRISPR-based research. I also have a range of volunteering, medical assistant, and shadowing experience in the clinical field ranging from cardiology clinics to leukemia-specialization clinics and in-patient settings. I have taken both the SAT and MCAT with high scores in both and equipped with high-quality tools for my own tutoring that I can draw knowledge from. I have taught across a range of disciplines including standardized testing prep, science tutoring at MEK, and dance instructing.
My approach emphasizes individualized lesson plans, interactive problem-solving, and use of educational technology. I tailor my teaching style to match each student’s learning preferences and pace, ensuring both understanding and confidence in the subject matter. Most of my teaching experience comes from a college/university and volunteer experiential setting.
