I firmly believe that the teacher's role is that of a guide post, to light the path for a student to walk. Through encouragement and socratic reasoning, I guide students to arrive at the answer themselves, rather telling a student explicitly how to arrive at an answer. I have also applied this method to teaching guitar. The process of learning is all the same, once the habit of learning is instilled, there is very little a student cannot learn with patience and time.
