I am currently an undergraduate student at Northeastern University, pursuing a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. My academic background equips me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I bring into every tutoring session. This dual focus also gives me a unique ability to connect theoretical concepts to practical applications, enhancing my ability to teach a wide range of topics.

I have been tutoring for over six years, starting in high school and continuing through college. My journey began with coaching middle schoolers for MathCounts competitions and preparing high school students for AMC exams. I am proud to share that all my AMC students qualified for the AIME round, and I was honored to be included on the AMC Distinguished Honor Roll myself. During my college years, I expanded my expertise to standardized test preparation, helping students achieve significant improvements in their ACT and SAT scores. Personally, I earned a 35 on the ACT, including perfect scores of 36 in Math, Science, and Reading, and I draw on this experience to provide tailored strategies for success. Additionally, as the lead teaching assistant for Northeastern’s Discrete Mathematics course, I mentor undergraduates, clarify complex topics, and promote a collaborative learning environment.

My teaching focuses on high school sophomores and juniors who are preparing for college applications, standardized tests, and advanced coursework. My lessons are interactive, using tools like screen sharing and an iPad to foster a hands-on and collaborative learning experience. I specialize in teaching mathematics, science, and reading at all levels, adapting my approach to meet each student’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping students unlock their potential, and I pride myself on being adaptable, patient, and committed to their success.
