Hi, I’m Khadija! I hold a Master’s Degree in International Relations with honors, specializing in forced migration and human trafficking, and a minor in African studies. My educational background equips me to offer tutoring in various subjects but I specialize in languages and comprehensive writing.

I've been involved in tutoring since my middle school years, covering subjects like Latin, Greek, Arabic, French, English, and History. In high school, I expanded my tutoring to include essay writing for my peers. During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered at a local non-profit organization, assisting students aged 6 to 12 with their after-school homework across different subjects.

Throughout my Master’s program, I served as a Research Assistant, contributing to the development of an online educational game for children aged 9 to 13 in refugee camps. Additionally, I worked as a Fellow for a national tutoring non-profit organization, specializing in college essay assistance for high school students aged 14 to 18.

Outside of academics, I co-founded a Women’s Group at my college, dedicated to empowering women in business and international affairs. Currently, aside from my economics courses, I work in grant writing, leveraging my writing skills to secure funding for various projects and am learning American Sign Language in my free time.

I'm passionate about tutoring because it allows me to make a positive impact on students' lives and foster a love for learning. Understanding that each child has unique learning needs, I welcome feedback from students and their guardians to tailor my approach accordingly.
