I am passionate about mentorship, and over the last few years I have served in numerous roles as a mentor and tutor. I served as a non-resident tutor for pre-med students at Harvard University - reading over essays/applications and conducting mock interviews, in addition to providing general counsel on the admissions process. I served as a mentor for pre-dental students through Harvard School of Dental Medicine's ASDA mentorship program, and I have also independently provided one-on-one tutoring for pre-med and pre-dental students who have gone on to gain admission to schools like UPenn, Columbia, Pittsburg, and Maryland to name a few.
My style of tutoring may seem a bit unorthodox, but
I really like to get to know my students as individuals first and foremost. I view mentoring as a partnership, with both people working together to achieve a common goal. Essays, GPA, MCAT/DAT are just pieces of the application, but the most important piece of the application is YOU. Applying to medical and dental school is a difficult process, and I know I wouldn't have pulled it off without people mentoring me along the way. I hope I can be that person for you!
