If your child is struggling with reading, writing, comprehension or organizational issues, I can help with my personalized, flexible tutoring delivered virtually. As a long time classroom teacher, I am adept at helping children strengthen and advance their learning. Based on your child’s needs, I can design a tutoring program that utilizes best practices for skill retention, review, and organization. In each session, I will help bolster your child’s academic performance and overall confidence. I am also available for consultation, skills assessment, and homework support.
I have taught in the Boston Public School system for twenty-one years and currently teach ninth and tenth grades at Boston Latin Academy. I received a BA in English from The College of the Holy Cross, a Masters in English Education (7-12) from New York University and a Masters in Language and Literacy with Licensure as a Reading Specialist (K-12) from Harvard University.
