I’ve been a licensed and practicing physical therapist since 2014, with advanced specialization in both sports and orthopedic care. Over the course of my career, I became a board-certified clinical specialist and have fellowship training in orthopedic manual physical therapy, allowing me to develop a highly refined, evidence-based approach to movement and rehabilitation. My experience spans working with a wide range of patients and that has givin me a deep understanding of how to tailor care to each person’s goals.
In addition to clinical practice, I have spent several years teaching and mentoring within the field. I served as a teaching assistant for orthopedic residents and for physical therapists pursuing manual therapy certification, during coursework across upper extremity, lower extremity, lumbosacral, and cervicothoracic regions. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical applications while encouraging critical thinking. I strive to meet each learner where they are and adapting my style to fit their needs, whether they are building foundational knowledge or refining advanced clinical reasoning.
