I am 28 years old, and I grew up in Arlington, MA, where I attended public school in elementary and middle school. I then moved to the Commonwealth School, a rigorous private high school in Boston, before starting at the UMass Amherst Honors College in 2015, where I studied physics and astronomy. I first started tutoring physics in 2016, when I started working as a TA. I graduated in May 2019 with a dual degree in Physics and Astronomy, along with a minor in Mathematics.

I first started tutoring physics in 2016, when I started working as a TA. I graduated in May 2019 with a dual degree in Physics and Astronomy, along with a minor in Mathematics.
Immediately after graduating, I began working at Billerica Memorial High School as a physics teacher, where I taught all levels of high school physics, specializing in AP Physics 1 and AP Physics C, which I taught the most. I usually worked with juniors and seniors, but also had a few sophomores. During my time there, I tutored all levels of high school physics and math, up to and including AP Physics C and AP Calculus BC. In my teaching, I always strove to form a strong connection with each of my students, both in a classroom environment and individually, and I firmly believe that a good teacher and tutor should be able to adapt to each individual student's needs and learning styles. Beyond physics and math, I have also tutored for SAT and similar tests.
Outside of academics, I'm an avid skier, and have been teaching ski lessons since age 15 at Cannon Mountain in NH. I also recently learned to fly gliders, and obtained my private pilot license.
